WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions and documentation in Italian. Training is fully paid, with a competitive salary and 100% remote setup, plus relocation assistance for EU moves.

Ideally you bring strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with or without prior experience in support. This is a multilingual, international team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
