WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will join an international team, providing support in Italian and English, with training provided and relocation support available.

Responsibilities include handling queries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions in CRM, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Rotational shifts and a fast-paced, multicultural environment are part of the role.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required for training and communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Full paid training starts from day one.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible, rotating shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
