WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. This fully remote role works from Greece with 5-day weeks and rotating shifts; English training and onboarding are provided, and relocation support is available for EU entrants.

You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, document interactions in the CRM, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
