WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction. Training is fully paid, and relocation support is offered for those moving from other EU countries.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+). Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory; a proactive, customer-focused approach

Competenze

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2) and English at least B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
