Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent for Miele in Greece. You will provide high-end product support, handle inquiries across phone, email and chat, and guide customers through warranty and service processes.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international office environment.
• Valid EU passport or residency permit in Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics or luxury goods sector.
• A passion for high-tech appliances and a commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to Miele customers regarding high-end consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Assist clients with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and guidance on the premium Miele product range.
• Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality.
• Process service requests and warranty inquiries accurately within the consumer electronics support portal.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized solutions and product recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest Miele technological advancements and product innovations to ensure expert-level assistance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
