Relocation assistance and a structured training program are offered. The role requires native or fluent Italian, an EU passport, and a passion for customer care in a tech environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for technology and customer care.
• Willingness to relocate and thrive in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to customers regarding premium consumer electronics products.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to device hardware, software updates, and product features.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service delivery.
• Educate clients on the latest product launches and features within the consumer electronics sector.
• Escalate complex technical faults to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring efficient follow-up.
