Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon seeks Italian-speaking Customer Operations Specialists to support major projects in an international setting. You will handle customer support via phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth journey for clients and acting as the main contact for inquiries.

Applicants must be fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2), be a problem solver, and be available for rotating shifts. EU right to work is required; accommodation in Lisbon is provided for project periods.
