Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking customer support experts to join an international team supporting large projects. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat to deliver an outstanding customer experience and smooth journeys. You must be fluent in Italian and English (B2+), with availability for rotating shifts.

A valid EU right to work is required. Accommodation is provided in Lisbon for projects requiring rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (native/advanced) and fluent English (B2+).
• Customer-focused, problem solver attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• EU right to work required (EU citizen, passport).

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Serve as main point of contact to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Assist customers with questions and information as needed.

About the Job:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might require
• Support customers with issues, problems or claims and elevate as appropriate

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
• Customer-centered mindset and problem solver
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
