Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals in Lisbon to join multiple international projects. The role involves assisting clients by phone, email, and chat, and acting as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless customer journey. Relocation support and accommodation are provided.

You will require native or advanced Italian and strong English skills, with a focus on outstanding communication and problem solving. Rotation shifts are expected.

Your Role:

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist clients with questions, queries and information they might require

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
• Outstanding communication and relational skills
• Customer-centered mindset and problem solver
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
