Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon seeks Customer Support Specialists for international projects. You will handle customer queries via phone, email and chat, acting as the main contact to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You must be fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2+), have a customer‑centric mindset, and be available for rotating shifts. Accommodation is provided for eligible projects.

Structured training and medical insurance are offered along with a meal allowance.

Your activities:

• Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
• Customer-centered approach and problem solver
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
