Velenosi&Meredith seeks Customer Operations Experts fluent in Italian to support customer experience on multiple projects in Lisbon. You will handle phone, email and chat inquiries and act as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements include Italian C2/C1, English B2, and eligibility to relocate to Lisbon with rotating shifts. The package includes fully paid training and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and proficient English (B2).
• EU right to work required.
• Eligible to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information as needed.

About the Job:

Are you looking to relocate and work abroad for your next career move ? We are currently looking for Customer Operations Experts who are fluent in Italian to support customer experience and journey on multiple projects in Lisbon.

Activities:

• Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
  
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution

Profile:

• You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good level of English (B2)
• You are a problem solver
• You can work on rotating shifts
• You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
