Job summary

CBT in Lisbon is seeking a native/ fluent Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team. The role focuses on assisting Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets, guiding them through account access issues, feature inquiries, and platform troubleshooting.

Training will be conducted in English (B2 level), and the relocation package covers flight, furnished accommodation, bills, and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Native / Fluent Italian (C2) with good working English (B2) for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ready to work in a 40h/week rotational shift model.

Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets.
• Guide users with account access, feature inquiries, and platform troubleshooting.
