CBTalents.org is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Italian Speaker) to assist Italian-speaking users from Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers a full relocation package and a 40-hour work week in a dynamic tech environment.

Two compensation options are provided: €1,040.68 gross/month with company accommodation or €1,240.17 gross/month without accommodation, plus a training period and private health insurance. Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required.

Formación

• Native / Fluent Italian (C2) with good working English (B2) for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and excited to live and work in a multicultural setting.
• Ready to work in a 40h/week rotational shift model (Monday-Sunday).
• Valid EU passport or existing work authorization for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets.
• Guide users with account access, feature inquiries, and platform troubleshooting.
• Deliver value by ensuring every interaction is smooth, empathetic, and professional.
• Learn industry-leading customer support workflows in a modern tech environment.
• Note: Pure Customer Support position with no content moderation.
