WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team in Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.

Full relocation support is offered, plus paid training and a competitive salary package. The role requires English B2+ for training and internal comms in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian with good English for training and internal comms.
• Experience in customer support is advantageous but not required.
• Willing to relocate to Greece and work onsite.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
