WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent support in Italian from Greece. The role is on-site with rotating shifts and offers paid training, relocation support, and a multicultural team environment.

Your responsibilities include handling inquiries in Italian, resolving issues in CRM, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across channels. English proficiency is required for training and internal communication.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
