FH Collective Academy seeks an Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece, with relocation support. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions with care to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The compensation includes €1,045 gross per month paid 14 times a year, a performance bonus up to 15%, and a fully paid relocation package covering flights, hotel stays, airport pickup, and real estate fees.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
