FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role in Greece, with relocation support and paid training. You’ll handle Italian-language inquiries from customers via phone, email and chat, contributing to high satisfaction and effective solutions.

The position requires Italian language proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2+), strong communication, and comfort using CRM tools in a fast-paced international team.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
