FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with a comprehensive relocation package. You will handle Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat while working 5 days a week in shifts.

The package includes paid training, a €1,045 gross monthly salary paid in 14 installments, and a bonus up to 15% based on targets. Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian with strong communication skills and experience using CRM tools.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
