FH Collective Academy seeks a candidate for a fully remote customer support role based in Greece, with a complete relocation package. You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email and chat, and participate in paid training to ramp up quickly.

The role requires Italian at C1/C2 and English at B2+, excellent communication, and comfortable using CRM software. You will join an international, multicultural team and work in a flexible, rotating shift environment.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities
