Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a remotely-based Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our international team in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensure quality interactions, and help customers with products and platform features.

Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required. Full relocation support, paid training, and a competitive compensation package are provided, with the role operating fully remotely in Greece.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities
