Job summary

WW Talents offre un ruolo di supporto clienti completamente remoto, basato in Grecia, con relocation completa e formazione pagata sin dal primo giorno. Orario di lavoro di 5 giorni settimanali, 8 ore al giorno, turni rotativi tra le ore 08:00-00:00.

Compenso: 1.045€ lordi al mese con 14 mensilità, bonus fino al 15% legato agli obiettivi e formazione completamente gratuita. La relocation include volo, 2 settimane di hotel, transfer dall'aeroporto e copertura delle spese di agenzia immobiliare.

Qualifications

• Fluente in italiano (livello C1/C2).
• Inglese minimo B2 per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Esperienza nel supporto clienti o ruolo simile.

Responsibilities

• Gestire supporto clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e interazioni account.
• Troubleshooting e offrire soluzioni efficaci.
• Assistere i clienti con prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Documentare interazioni e mantenere standard di qualità.
• Mantenere alti livelli di soddisfazione del cliente.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries +Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement +Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket +2 weeks of hotel accommodation +Airport pickup +Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
