Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a fully remote Italian-speaking Customer Support professional to join a Greece-based team with a complete relocation package. The role offers paid training, a competitive €1,045 gross/month with 14 salaries, and a performance bonus up to 15% tied to targets.

You will work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00, supporting customers in Italian and English, while using CRM tools and collaborating with a multicultural team from Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece Working

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
