CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to join our on-site team in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering professional solutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

The role requires native Italian and English proficiency, strong communication skills, and prior customer care experience. A relocation bonus and growth opportunities accompany a stable, full-time position with on-site parking and canteen access.

Competenze

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
