You will handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering solutions with professionalism. Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
