CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent for an on-site role in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering professional, timely solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Italian and English, has strong listening/writing skills, and possesses prior customer care experience. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required.

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.

• Previous customer care experience is essential.
• Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred.
