CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers with airline-related queries across phone, social media, chat, and email. The role is based in Malta on-site with a full-time schedule and a rotating shift pattern.

The ideal candidate speaks Italian at native level and English at B2 level, with strong written and spoken communication and prior customer-care experience. ECDL literacy is preferred, and relocation benefits are offered.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
