CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian Speaking Airline Support Agent to assist customers with airline-related queries across phone, social media, chat, and email. This is an on-site, full-time role in Malta with a rotating schedule and language requirements in Italian and English.

You will provide solutions, ensure high customer satisfaction, and benefit from a relocation bonus and clear career growth opportunities within a dynamic airline services team.

You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.


• Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.


• Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.


• Previous customer care experience is essential.


• Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.


• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
