FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience professional to join our remote team in Greece. The role includes full relocation support for EU candidates and a training program provided from day one.

You'll handle customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, while collaborating with a multicultural team and maintaining high service standards. English proficiency is required for training and internal communication.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset and helping others.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
