FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals to join a remote team in Greece. The role offers relocation assistance for EU candidates and an international work environment, with training provided from day one.

Responsibilities include handling Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and logging details in CRM. Candidates should be fluent in Italian and have good English to support training and internal communication.

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal communication
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Comfortable with digital tools and multi-screen environments
