WW Talents cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano per lavorare onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Fornirai supporto ai clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat e gestirai richieste legate a piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.

Si offre training completo, pacchetto relocation (volo EU, transfer aeroporto, alloggio) e bonus fino al 10%. Orario full-time con turni rotativi e supporto iniziale in formazione.

• Fluente in italiano (livello C1/C2)
• Inglese B2+ per training e comunicazione interna

Mansioni

• Forni fornire supporto professionale ai clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat
• Rispondere alle richieste e risolvere problemi legati all’account
• Aiutare i clienti con domande su piattaforme, prodotti e servizi
• Troubleshooting e proporre soluzioni efficaci
• Gestire le richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo alta soddisfazione
• Documentare interazioni in CRM e sistemi interni
• Rispettare standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le funzionalità disponibili

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece - Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts

Compensation: €1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
