WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in a multicultural team.

You will provide Italian language support via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions. Full training is provided with relocation assistance for EU residents.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English (B2+) for training and internal communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international team.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
