WW Talents cerca un Customer Support Representative che parli italiano per lavorare onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Ruolo internazionale in ambiente multiculturale con supporto alla relocation.

Viene offerto training completo, retribuzione competitiva e pacchetto di relocation (volo UE, transfer aeroporto, alloggio) e bonus di performance fino al 10%. Il schedule prevede 5 giorni/settimana, turni di 8 ore.

Competenze

• Fluente in italiano (livello C1/C2).
• Inglese B2+ per formazione e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di relazione con il cliente.
• Approccio cliente-focus ed empatia.
• Buona attenzione ai dettagli e data entry.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto clienti professionale in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi relativi a account e servizi.
• Assistere i clienti su funzionalità della piattaforma e prodotti.
• Gestire richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo alta soddisfazione.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e nei sistemi interni.
• Seguire standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le sue funzionalità.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
