WW Talents cerca un/a Customer Support Italian-speaking da inserire onsite ad Atene, Grecia, in un contesto internazionale e multiculturale. Training retribuito e supporto al trasferimento, inclusi biglietto aereo UE, pickup in aeroporto, alloggio e tasse.

Ruolo: supportare clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat, gestire richieste e documentare le interazioni nel CRM, lavorando su turni rotativi e con elevati standard di qualità.

Competenze

• Fluente in italiano a livello C1/C2.
• Inglese livello B2+ per training e comunicazioni interne.
• Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed empatico.
• Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto professionale al cliente in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste e risolvere problemi dell’account.
• Assistere i clienti su piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.
• Gestire richieste in modo efficiente mantenendo elevata soddisfazione.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
