WW Talents cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli fluentemente l’italiano per lavorare onsite ad Atene, Grecia. Opportunità internazionale con trasferimento interno, training retribuito e supporto al relocation.

Posizione: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative a tempo pieno, lavoro onsite, 5 giorni/settimana, turni rotativi. Retribuzione competitiva e pacchetto di relocation completo (volo UE, transfert, alloggio).

Competenze

• Richiesta padronanza dell’italiano parlato e scritto.
• Inglese B2+ per training e comunicazioni interne.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Orientamento al cliente e problem solving.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto ai clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e risolvere problemi relativi a account.
• Assistire i clienti con piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM.
• Garantire standard di qualità e produttività.

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
