WW Talents è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano e lavori onsite ad Atene, all'interno di un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale.

L'offerta prevede formazione retribuita, pacchetto salariale competitivo e completo supporto al relocation nell'UE. Orario: 5 giorni/settimana, 8 ore/giorno, turni rotativi. Retribuzione: €1.045,72 lordi mensili x14 mensilità + bonus fino al 10% + formazione pagata + relocation.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Mansioni

Position:Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For
