WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. You will handle Italian communications via phone, email, and chat and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer paid training, a competitive salary package of €1,045.72 gross per month on 14 salaries, and full relocation support, including flight, hotel, and assistance.

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.

Location:Athens, Greece - Onsite
Schedule:5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation:€1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
