FlexAuto in Rome, Italy, is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead the Italian Inside Sales team, drive targets, and ensure high-quality customer engagement with a strong focus on process excellence.

You will coach and develop teammates, analyze KPIs, collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance and HQ in Greece, and ensure accurate CRM data; fluency in English is essential for cross-border communication.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Inside Sales or telesales with team leadership.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
• Experience with CRM, dashboards, forecasting and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Italian Inside Sales team to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, pipeline analysis, and conversion metrics; provide feedback and actions.
• Coach and develop team through regular one-to-one meetings and training.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and maintain CRM data quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and HQ in Greece.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to build a high-performing team.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights for the Sales Manager.
