FlexAuto is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in our offices in Rome, Italy. You will develop our growing client base through phone-based sales activities and lead management, guiding prospects through the sales process to close deals.

The role involves actively managing inbound leads, contacting potential customers by phone, understanding their needs, and maximizing sales conversion with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset and motivation to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals.
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads via phone to convert prospects.
• Communicate with customers to close deals and build trust.
• Conduct phone-based sales activities including needs analysis, product presentation, and negotiation.
• Support internal sales processes to maximize capacity.
• Fully understand offerings and provide detailed, accurate information.
