BizAway is seeking a high-performing SDR Team Leader for the Italian market. You will lead and mentor a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, design outbound multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with Sales Executives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and hitting monthly/quarterly quotas, while maintaining a hands-on leadership style and engaging with senior decision-makers.

Competenze

• Native Italian with full professional English.
• 2+ years as SDR/BDR with proven targets; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hunger and leadership to drive team performance.
• Proactive with data-driven strategies and campaigns for the Italian market.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced outbound environment.
• Tech mastery: Salesforce/HubSpot and sales-engagement tools.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of Italian-speaking SDRs with weekly 1:1s and coaching.
• Design outbound strategies and multi-channel campaigns for the Italian market.
• Monitor KPIs and activity levels to ensure monthly/quarterly quota attainment.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new hires and refine scripts.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Global SDR Manager to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Lead by example in prospecting and qualifying senior decision-makers (CFOs, HR Directors, etc.).
