Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to relocate to Greece and join an international support team. The role offers 100% remote work from anywhere in Greece with full onboarding and training.

The package includes a base salary of €1,100 gross per month, up to 15% monthly productivity bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–21:00, rotative shifts) with weekends off. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
