Fh Collective Academy is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience Associates to support customers remotely from Greece. The role offers full relocation support and an international, remote-friendly environment with rotational shifts.

You will handle inquiries in Italian, assist with account issues, and log details in the CRM. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. A 14-month salary structure and performance bonus up to 10% are offered.

Customer Experience Project – Remote in Greece

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our customer support team in Greece. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (08:00 – 00:00)

Financial Package & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,050 gross / month x 14 salaries
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10%
• Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one.

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating from another EU country):

• Flight ticket covered (within the EU)
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
• Airport pickup on arrival

Daily Tasks

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
• Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
• Advocating for community safety and product understanding
