Job summary

FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role based in Greece, with complete relocation assistance and paid training from day one. The position requires Italian fluency at C1/C2 and English at B2+ for training and internal communication.

You will work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with rotating shifts across Greece. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through products and features, and ensuring accurate data

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
