WW Talents is hiring a customer support specialist to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle Italian-language inquiries by phone, email, and chat, with training provided and relocation support.

This role offers a 5-day workweek, 8 hours per day with rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, plus a compensation package of €1,045 gross per month across 14 salaries and a bonus of up to 15%. Relocation includes flight tickets, two weeks of hotel, airport pickup and real estate assistance;

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) is required.
• English (B2+) is required for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.
