Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, ready to grow in the travel field.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid residency for Italy travel/relocation.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in Travel领域.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
