Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Italian Content Moderator for Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package. You will review user-generated content, enforce policies, and support safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. On-site schedule with rotating shifts; relocation support includes housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
• Passion for online safety, digital communities, and creating positive user experiences.
• Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of reported incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Develop reports to support improvements in trust and safety operations.
• Review new and existing features and provide safety recommendations.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a positive community experience.
