Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to help maintain a safe online environment in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package included. You will review content, investigate reports, and enforce platform policies to protect users.

The role requires strong Italian and English skills, sharp analytical abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Relocation support and accommodation are provided to help you relocate smoothly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (minimum B1/B2 level) and English required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data and contextual information to determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify threats and prevent abuse.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support improvement of trust and safety operations.
• Review platform features to enhance user safety and reduce misuse.
• Enforce policies consistently to maintain a positive and secure community.
