Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator for Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package. You will review and moderate content, investigate reports, and enforce community guidelines to ensure safety and a positive user experience.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English languages required at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve reported issues.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent misuse.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for improvements.
• Review platform features and provide safety recommendations.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe, respectful community.
