Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. A relocation package is provided to assist with the move.

You will investigate reports, assess risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trust and safety processes while maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for users.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or related fields is a bonus.
• Passion for online safety and digital communities.
• Valid authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
