Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to join our safety team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package provided. The role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies, and taking action as needed.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
• Passion for online safety, digital communities, and creating positive user experiences.
• Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Produce qualitative and quantitative reports to support improvements.
• Review new features and provide safety recommendations.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe community consistently.
