Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to join our Sofia team, Bulgaria, with a relocation package. You will review and moderate user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep communities safe.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support is provided to help with housing and settling in Sofia.

Formación

• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
• Passion for online safety, digital communities, and creating positive user experiences.
• Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Investigate, assess, elevate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
• Analyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.
• Review new and existing platform features, providing recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce opportunities for misuse.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and secure community experience by enforcing policies consistently and fairly.
